I. Delivery Policy
Our products are shipped within 1 - 3 Days of purchase between Monday - Saturday. Sometimes there will be delays in the system. You may have to wait another day or two to receive the logistics information after the product is shipped.
- Free shipping for most countries.
- For countries with high shipping costs, if the order amount is less than 99USD, we will charge an additional shipping fee of 10USD.
The shipping time is usually within 15 days. If you want to send it faster, there will be an extra charge. For detailed charges, please consult the email email@example.com
Shipping times can be affected due to unforeseen circumstances and some packages could be delayed, If this happens we will contact you to let you know of the potential delay in delivery.
If you have not received your package after the delivery time elapsed, please contact us and reference your order number so we can track down your shipment.
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than two items) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
All shipments include tracking and will be sent via email once we have shipped your products. Some orders might require multiple shipments and if this happens you will have an additional tracking sent once the product has been shipped.
II. Retrun Policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Damages and issues

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
